At Undo, a fast-growing digital insurance company, I revamped a messy claims process used by over 50,000 customers. Working with a front-end engineer, we listened to customers, fixed pain points, and streamlined the experience, especially for Hövding helmet claims. The result? A simpler, smoother process that boosted customer satisfaction and freed up the team's time.

At Klix, a payment and shopping service focused on simple, secure payments, I led the design of desktop and mobile products. My work included redesigning the 'Buy Now, Pay Later' installment product to improve user experience and loan conversions, and developing a new open banking payments solution as part of their one-click checkout.
I also revamped the marketing page to better communicate the product's purpose and drive app downloads and retailer partnerships, all while refining the design language for consistency across the platform.Lead product designer
